Description

Pink/red elongate body, blue line around lower and rear margin of eye, dark scale edges forming thin oblique lines down forebody, orange-yellow patch on opercle and ocellus on dorsal fin sometimes visible on males. Females purplish grey on head becoming yellowish orange towards rear of body. Very shy. Length to 8 cm.
