Temperate Australasia, Tropical Indo-Pacific
Description
Green to brown with broad tapering white stripe from face along lower body, thin broken white stripe along upper body and numerous small black spots on side. Small ocelli on rear of dorsal fin and tail base, but not always visible. It is not often noticed because of its small size and good camouflage.
